My course (interior design) is amazing and all my tutors used to work in the industry which is incredibly helpful! There are lots of facilities to use and rooms to work in with staff/students on site to help. There is also a lot of career guidance and help however, it is at another campus which isn’t always ideal to access

The university is modern with really cool decor. I feel as though there should be more events to try and get students to meet each other as the uni can be very lonely when you dont know any one.

campus can be very difficult to navigate, even after being at uni for almost 1 year. In the winter, classrooms are very cold. As course is a new course, some improvements can be made, however, only 1 of very few uni's in london to offer the course. cafeteria facilities are quiet pricey. Are charged even for hot water (50p), with the average meal costing around £4-£5. However, staff are very friendly and helpful.

I think the university is always very clean and it’s opening hours are in favour for the students however I feel like this year our lectures are talking at us throughout the presentations instead of including us by asking questions etc.

I enjoy my course so far, there's a lot going on, talks, workshops and many events that help students improve. Teachers are respectful and organised although I feel like we are not gaining enough knowledge. Studying during lectures could be more effective.

I am currently studying psychology at London Met. The course itself is actually very good, and all professors are on top of communication with students and offer lots of extra help. The facilities around London Met are amazing as well, although the layout of the buildings are quite confusing. The Uni bar (the Rocket) is really good as well, with lots of game consoles to play during day, and a cheap drinks menu!!! There are lots of different societies to get involved with as well that take trips to different places around London that helps you adapt to the lifestyle.

University supportive when they can be..could improve lecturers a bit though. Pay a lot of money to this uni, so should be getting the help we need in order to pass. Teachers saying they won't read our draft is unfair.

I love the fact that as a social science university, we get free gym passes. Not many unis do this. I feel like we have the most proactive SU department and the short walk to the library can be tempting with all get food and snack shops about. Most issues get sorted in the Hub so support is easily accessible

My experience at the university as been very good and has shown me that I made the right choice. My lecturers are exceptional and continue to improve on my knowledge in the course I selected and the student union are always available to help me enjoy my student life. They have done this by ensuring that there are a lot of good societies to choose from so that I can get a better experience of university and shows that I will not only widen my knowledge in business, which is the course I selected, but will help me make new friends and enjoy my 3 years there.

It was a little disorganised at times but I didn't have any major problems at uni. There's a good choice of food but it's quite expensive.

Facilities are okay, only one cafeteria without much to offer so end up spyspenda lot on lunch everyday. sexuriseisnt very good, I locked my bike directly outside the university under a camera but it got stolen and the camera was pointed in an entirely different direction. All areas surrounding the university campus should be CCTV'd for students security whilst on campus. Teachers are really great, I'm enjoying the course itself and learning lots of interesting and current things that will help my career development.

Overall, my experience at London Metropolitan University was positive and I enjoyed my time here. The facilities at the Holloway Campus were very comprehensive and the student library was to a very high standard. All buildings were accessible and there was always ample space for students to relax, eat and drink during classes. Food and drink were greatly subsidised and there was always security around to ensure the safety of the students. The Student Union was the best part of the University as it was safe and fun place for students to hang out and chill. All SU staff were always available for any issues students had from academics to personal life. The Hub is sometimes overcrowded and busy but always helpful for students.

Lecturers for the field of accounting are friendly and support u throughout the year. There is a free gym for students and staff. The career service help see your CV and can guide you. Facilities wise, it could have been better for the amount of tuition fee we give.

Aldgate campus is in an amazing place especially a for my course, Architecture. Its a 10min walk to Liverpool Street. Around the corner from an amazing street food market. Loads of restaurants and shops near by including art supply stores. If I ever need anything for class I can just pop out and buy it and be back in 15mins. The workshops are great open to all students once you've had an induction in the specific workshop e.g. Pottery, metal, wood. In addition to this in the basement are countless rooms for finishing e.g. Photography rooms. Big placement on learning through making which is unique to this uni I think. Teachers are crazy friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Students are really friendly too, it feels lik I make a new friend everytime I go to uni. On the form side a bit is the student union. Its mostly based in the Holloway campus and the campus' aren't all that connected however all societies and sports are free. In the beginning of the year for freshers are organised events by student union which is alright.

Campus is quite confusing as its separated into different sections, each section is quite hard to understand. The course so far is very good, teachers are very understanding and modern. The facilities is okay, the student bar is cheap and in the middle of campus.

I think the campus for this uni is well laid out but i feel that the way all the rooms are positoned is very awkward and confusing. The facilties are very useful i feel that the library is very good and i am able to obtain alot of good resources from the library as well as the science centre which inculdes the super lab is very enjoybale when doing practicals. My course so far has been enjoybale i feel that the teachers are passionate about what they do and are ablet to teach well on top of that the course structure is very good.

The teachers are very carefully, they explain the lectures with so much passion,in the workshops you can learn a lot about how to use the informations from lectures. At the student hub you can solve any problem you have, people from there are very friendly and helpful. The events are very good organised and people know how to help you to choose the perfect event which help you to improve you personality. My course (Business Information Technology) is very hard and very beautiful in the same time and I really love to attend all the lectures and all the workshops.

Very far to get but the building is very nice and the people are friendly. The facilities are also very nice but I do question the lecture halls which are sort of small for my course

London Metropolitan University is a decent university, the lecturers are good but could be better. They do not offer as much help as they could, however their PowerPoint slides are okay

Very nice studio spaces and enough room per student, teachers are welcoming and encouraging as well as involving themselves with students.
