My course (MA Education) is amazing. There are so many inspirational and extremely approachable lecturers and tutors. I love that we have placements in a primary school every single year with opportunities to go abroad too. The Union is also amazing and always provides a cheap, safe and fun-filled weekend.

Best campus I’ve been to! The library is huge and has a lot of resources, the students union is cheap and have good DJs. There are many places to eat in the campus too. It has a friendly atmosphere from staff and students. Also, every building is a 5/10 minute walk max from each other.

I'm studying architecture in my first year and I absolutely love it. The staff are a huge help and very approachable. The facilities are helpful, a library specifically for DJCAD as well as the university library which also has a CAD suite, useful come deadline day when it's open 24hours. DJCAD also has its own art shop making finding and buying materials easy and often cheaper that other art shops and you can always ask the staff to see if they could order something in.

Dundee university is the best. The campus is not too small but not too big either ! The student's union (DUSA) is very highly rated and would recommend dundee for good student life. The careers services are very helpful and also there is a great library. Dundee university just feels like your own.

The campus is brilliant. Union offers a wide range of fun and different events. Think it is lacking however in events that aren't alcohol-oriented. More classes / fun day time creative stuff ??

Perfect university for a proper experience! Staff are super helpful regardless of how small/big the issue you are experiencing. Library has a calming vibe and when you're done studying you can pop over to liar bar for a wind down.

A centrally located campus with an amazing student union. Help from the university on matters of disability, funding and mental health is great.

The university is very welcoming, the campus is a mix of old and new buildings making it a very busy vibrant campus. The facilities at the university are outstanding and cater for all students. The student union is voted the best in Scotland and it certainly is, guaranteed amazing night out! The societies and sports clubs on offer here cater for every student so there is a sports club for you. When applying everything is sorted and very organised all the staff are very helpful and certainly put students first in everything they do.

Dundee is a nice area, the town isn't as big if you come from a big city but it's still a good environment, the university vibe in general is nice you'll meet friends through societies etc but it's a good place to be.

Campus is great lots of places to sit and relax or get work done. Also good amount of places to get food on campus. Library is good although not always big enough at peak times to accommodate all students, same with the gym.

I enjoyed my course, the majority of the lecturers within the school were lovely, supportive and very knowledgable. I feel like I was challenged academically and was outside my comfort zone academically which was great and allowed me to learn more! I didn't stay on campus but any time I went out in the union it was always a great night and good value for money!

The university of Dundee is a well equipped institute for Many subjects two things Dundee is very popular for are it's life science department and Duncan of Jordanstone collage of art. I study fine art so I know first hand the high level of available workshops and tutor available for most fields of the creative subject. Overall Dundee is a great student city with a good nightlife and support system within the uni. if your looking for a bit of biz but also a smaller city where there is community Dundee if for you!

University overall is okay, there are a lot of societies so you will probably find something you enjoy, the town however is small, there isn't much to do which but overall it's a nice environment.

My experience at the university of dundee has been great. I find the campus a very nice place to be at all times of the year. The staff for all my subjects are great and the support we are given is brilliant. I would recommend my university to anyone as it is fantastic.

The Dundee campus is like no other; with everything so close together you have short distances to walk between buildings whether it's to take a trip to the library, join your next lecture or a quick nip to the shop for some food to fuel your brain. The student union is also a terrific place - a good place to brain storm with maybe a pint or two (or a coffee) during the day and cheap fun at night! Being a first year at Dundee university was great with lots of support and care for newcomers and foreign students.

The University has many modern buildings, though some are extremely old and outdated in regards to the purpose they are used for. Some lecture theatres are uncomfortable and don't have great climate control. However, if this is not an issue, the location of the campus is perfect - being in the city centre and close to many shops and restaurants including the Student Union which serves food and drinks all day.

I love how it’s a city campus. Everything is close together yet it’s in the middle of lots of convenient places/shops. The staff are all more than willing to help you. The careers centres is well advertised.

I love the teaching and learning facilities. The union however is the worst night out I've had in my whole entire life! The security staff are awful, they do not let people have fun. I understand they have to be careful, but they also almost always ruin my experience. The music is terrible and they offer no variety. I would not recommend coming to this university if nightlife is important to you. I went to university of Birmingham for one year and the nightlife was incredible. Chalk and cheese compared to the nonsense that the union offers here. That said the one day events such as Halloween and st paddys day are good but over priced.

Djcad - great facilities that allow you to develop lots of different skills but some tutors are very bad at fully supporting students.

I study forensic anthropology and the facilities are amazing. The staff are all the best in their field and it is all so interesting. The library is really good, as well as the union. Halls, although expensive, were all a decent size.

Dundee is a brilliant university. It’s set in a smaller city so you don’t get lost - it’s almost like a campus city. I study medicine here and can honestly say I love it. The staff are all lovely, the teaching is of a really high quality with plenty of support with resources and emotionally. We also gain patient contact from the first semester which I feel helps us to become more natural doctors - as it is communication, examination and the ability to build rapor with a patient that are crucial.

Lovely campus with lots of open space, student accommodation is clean and modern. However sports facilities on campus are poor and expensive, the union is repetitive with no good beer or lager on tap. I feel the union doesn't listen to students opinions on the nightlife however the overall support they offer for example nightlife is exceptional.
