The course is quite interesting and extremely rich in terms of content. There's something for pretty much anyone who enjoys writing from journalism to novel writing and screenwriting. There is also play-writing, publishing, reading drama and a lot more. At the same time it can be quite hectic. I guess it depends on the modules that one chooses but in my case there are two books that have to be read every week and sometimes they are both longer than 500 pages. On the other hand, the teachers are extremely helpful and so are the tutors. It's easy to book an appointment if you have any struggles or questions. There aren't many lectures - it's mostly two days a week but at the same time there are a lot of assignments and books to be read. Overall, the course is really enjoyable but you have to be prepared to study hard.

I find my degree interesting but at the same time really hectic. There aren't many lectures but there are a lot of deadlines and you somehow have to be able to read two books even if it's 400 pages each, almost every week. The teachers are always ready to help and so are the tutors. If you struggle in anything they're ready to book you an appointment. There are a lot of different subjects covered throughout the three years so there's something for pretty much anyone infested in writing such as journalism, novel writing and etc. The campus and the library are also amazing places and there's a huge database available. Overall, the course is interesting and entertaining but it's also difficult at times.

Novel writing is one of the funniest and most entertaining subjects this year. We not only write a lot but also get a feedback on our work from our felllow classmates. The teacher has a really good strategy and always makes sure to make everyone feel comfortable. We also look at a lot of book extracts which surely helps me to find more and more books to read.

Musical theatre module is my favourite offered at the college, it incorporates all disciplines of singing dancing and acting, this year I was lucky to get a lead role in our production of legally blonde playing Warner. I was lucky as I also got to double as a ensemble cast member and got to dance as well as sing a big solo! It feels incredible when the power of singing dance acting and a live band all come together to make one piece of art.

This course was definitely enjoyable. There were plenty of real life examples that I learnt from this course. such as creating a barcode (like the ones used in supermarket products) and encrypting messages for security. This course was 50% exam and 50% coursework. 2 hour lecture and 1 hour tutorial session one a week for duration of 12 weeks. The content of the course was made enjoyable to learn.

Forensic criminology is a very interesting module, divided in two different focuses during the two terms: forensic psychology and investigation. It was really interesting and we'll structured, and all the seminars pushed everyone to do their best week after week. We had and essay, a test and a final exam as assessment and they were all really well structured and aimed to test our actual abilities.

This is an excellent course if you have trouble making up your mind when it comes to what you want to do after your degree, it provides you with knowledge in many educational areas not just one, there are many options throughout the course as well as after you have gained your degree. As well as this the tutors are amazing and always ready to help, they are approachable and will always make time to either see you or e-mail you when they are unable to.

So far I have found my course very interesting and engaging. The lecturers are very knowledgable and helpful with any queries us students may have. The learning environment is very friendly and supportive. The workshops we take part in really help us to put theory in to practice by giving us a chance to practice what we have learnt on each other. This is very useful as we have just began our first placements, so I imagine this has gave my colleagues that extra push of confidence, as well as myself. My course also allows service users to come in to class and participate in workshops and classes, the input and feedback we receive from them is invaluable. One critique I would like to note is that the uni has done away with printing out handbooks for each module. For the amount we pay in fees I would have liked to have at least a paper handbook for each module. Other than that I can't complain about any other aspect of the course.
