The campus is lovely, bright, airy. I love my course (marketing). The student union is great, there are great societies & sports clubs.

University of Hull is so sophisticated with the biggest campus I’ve come across, really similar to Edge Hill (in Liverpool) but just overall better. The psychology sector is very science based with interesting lectures, and all courses are accredited (which is incredible as prior to joining this was one of my main concerns). It’s quite far from home but such a lovely environment to study in, the city centre also isn’t far and is great for anyone who loves thrifting :)

Hull itself apparently doesn’t have the best reputation but it’s actyally such a nice place to live and go to uni to. The university itself looks so good, all the accommodations offer something different that’s appealing so it can be a little hard to choose at first. The student housing for the university (if it’s something you’d prefer) is literally on the same road as the university and surrounding the block so it’s never more than a 5 minute walk to campus really. It’s also cheaper to live off campus, but it really depends on personal preferences. The university itself is so helpful, everyone that attends gets supported and looked after, particularly on the financial side as there are a lot of automatic buraries that take effect depending on how many ucas points you get when attending, there are extra student ships and the overall maintenance loan tends to be higher when you attend which is really good. The accommodation isn’t too pricey either, and it’s dot on like the photos on the website (whereas basically every other uni I looked at before applying didn’t have that and the rooms were different and not as good).

The student union facilities here at hull are amazing! Plenty of places to eat and drink including alcoholic drink, pizza, salads, wraps and burritos with many more! The campus is gorgeous, some parts being modernised now however all the old building still remain! Not in a bad area of hull, near the city centre, on good bus routes with Newland Avenue perfect for cocktails or drinks with your friends!

Overall, the university is so good. They are always going above and beyond for the students and always wanting to be there to help with any problems. I started my course a few weeks late but all the tutors were so helpful with getting me up to date and allowing to have extra time with coursework.

I think Hull university is a brilliant campus, it has good facilities, lots of choices on places to eat, and activities to participate in. There are also many areas within the university available to chill out and do your work or to socialise with friends. All lecture theatres I have used have been well equipped and of good size.

Great University! The campus itself is set in lovely grounds so it doesn't feel too intense and educational! The library is amazing with so many resources and areas to study. I study Criminology and the course is okay however not quite what I expected but that is no fault of the University; rather personal preference. Overall the university is good and with it being in my home city I am a proud student!

Limited facilities. The library is the best part. Buildings in need of a re-vamp. Lecturers went on strike for 2 weeks and students haven't been refunded for the time we missed. Disappointing. High prices in students shops, and food quality not good. Overall, good atmosphere and some good lecturers.

Overall the uni is good, the main downside is the parking. Never anywhere to park even after they built a new car park! Different foods on offer and good assistance if or when needed.

The university of Hull has great facilities and as students we have lots available to us both on campus and varies shops, food places and more off campus nearby. The campus itself is quite small but has a real homely feel to it. Studying medicine at hull is great in so much way as i love how we do PBL and learn through clinical cases and the early interaction with patients. However HYMS is quite disorganised making it hard for us students and lectures could be better

I have enjoyed my time at University, the facilities are amazing, especially my course specific ones such as the biomechanics labs. The fact that everything is in one place suits me perfectly as you can get around the university campus pretty easily.

The music course is pretty good, but the some of the staff can be pretty disorganised. The student union used to be better, it's still alright but they 'renovated' the student pub/bar and it's almost universally agreed it's worse off for it. It's still good, but not AS good. I have heard negative complaints about the mental wellbeing department, but I haven't experienced anything bad with them. Otherwise it's all pretty nice. Also I never used the sports facilities, so I can't really say on that front.

Great library facilities, supportive and friendly staff! Although toilet cleanliness is not always up to a good standard.

I believe that the campus is a very nice place to study. I have never had a problem locating facilities and using facilities.

The University as a whole is amazing. The mixture of old and modern building creates a great contrast for learning. The library is a beautiful attribute with 7 floor and many study rooms free for use. I enjoy learning at Hull university I find it a very friendly and welcoming campus with many different activities.
