We were without a course leader for a while. But now we have an awesome course leader Paul Harvard who is about to turn our course into one of the best of it's kind. The structure will be better and all our assessments will be clear from the get go.

The new facilities at the University of West London are stunning! Especially the new library, student union and dining areas. Also, the staff are extremely friendly and there is a free shuttle bus which travels between campuses. However, the inter-collegiate communications (between the different schools in particular) is atrocious. Responses to emails are equally below parr. If you will be studying anything to do with music or Psychology, this university is great! The law school, on the other hand, is still struggling to reach its potential.

I have thought that my course has had lots of variety within content covering a wide range of subjects such as technical, circumstances in law, technology and the industry itself. The teaching has been great, meeting several people working in the industry as well as the availability of equipment and creative space in order to produce high end quality of work.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when starting my degree at University of west London. This is where my life took a major turn. The talent in the classes and the impeccable teaching by our lecturers contribute to LIFE, in addition to the road to being a valuable actor. You get real hands on experience and get to start to understand this crazy acting world. We also got help creating an actors portfolio and different audition techniques that can be used in the professional world. This facilities within the establishment are great and have been very helpful throughout the course of my degree. The skills I have learnt will contribute to my life in the future. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is interested in acting for stage and media and wants to make a career out of it. Overall this has been a fulfilling and beneficial three years.

This degree is useful for people that wish to pursue more of an educational side of Musical Theatre rather than intense training. I have found that the majority of the staff aren't as passionate about their craft as I would like them to be. Also, for students, everything that is linked to the university is every expensive. From residency to the food inside university!

Not to be confused with drama schools, the course at UWL offers the best in dance, movement and voice with both conservator training in a university environment with higher academic standards. The courses focuses equally on the dance, singing and acting components of music theatre. with a personal tutor at hand and also your own private one to one singing lessons a week it offers more than most drama schools with an increased student teacher contact time. the facilities at UWL are not lacking with studios, singing booths and a lot of performance rooms including Laurence hall. the university has a nice friendly atmosphere with two restaurants, 3 cafes and also a bar on the St Mary's road campus. the Library is open every day 24 hours with a wide range of books and computer facilities. overall i love the uni and can't wait to spend three more years here.

This degree is really enjoyable and informative. It has a wide range of modules which really gets you thinking, and the teaching is really useful as lecturers are always available whenever you need help. In the third year, there is a good range of optional modules you have the choice to take. I highly recommend this course.

Each module have their own balance of assignments and exams. Say for example, if the assignments is worth 40% then the rest will be exam. It is quite rare that they would put the module as 100% exam based.
