Campus is good, the mix between old building and new buildings makes the feel of the campus a bit odd but its extremely clean etc. Library is nice and lots of books, computers etc

The university is small but i like that as you can get to know many people. The town is a great place to live and easy to get around. The university is expanding which is good as i believe it needs it, to allow for a bigger variety of courses and therefore enough funding for more lecturers. The university life is always buzzing especially for such a small uni. There are always events happening that are available for everyone.

Returned to the university to do my MA after graduating a few years ago. Winchester is such a great place to be and there’s always lots happening on campus in the SU. The uni itself is constantly being updated (both buildings and online forums for students) which makes it a place to be proud to attend.

Great, clean campus with really good modern facilities that cater for all types of students. It's got very good learning facilities and they provide you with amazing equipment such as laptops or for film students cameras and lights and mics. General atmosphere is really welcoming and friendly, everyone is nice and they all get along. Great opportunities and clubs to get involved with.

Good campus but should do more to help students from poorer backgrounds. Course timetable is always a mess for the first 2 weeks so knowing where to go for your classes is a bit of a struggle. The teachers expect far more from you than they're will to help you with so students always feel behind.

Beautiful campus full of opportunities for everone. Amazing resource through the libary. Amazing food options across the campus. Society's to suit everyone's needs. Someone to help and point you in right direction at every turn.

Brilliant support, 1st year student slightly disorganised due to new course. Friendly and nice staff.

A small and intimate university. The benefits... you'll get to know everyone. Winchester uni has a great atmosphere, lots of events, socials, nights out and everyone is very friendly. The campus is easy to navigate with many facilities recently receiving an upgrade (lecture halls, library, Union). Lots of courses on offer. Winchester is known in particular for its teaching training so it's the place to be if you'd like to be a teacher. It does however have other courses on offer. I studied psychology and found it very rewarding. The lectures were knowledgable and the topics were varied and interesting.

Amazing city with amazing people and the most beautiful campus. The facilities are up to date and has both modern and original aspects to it.

Pretty campus especially at night, always feel safe and secure when on the premises. 24 hour library which has 3 floors and is perfect for students. Friendly atmosphere always and a good SU. Also the pizzas from cyber cafe are amazing.

Overall a nice experience. Lectures and student services are super helpful and welcoming. Campus could do with modernising however historical buildings add to charm.

The university facilities are really good and everything is very modern. The lectures are good and the workload is manageable. The only issue I have is that the nightlife could be better

I am currently an MA student attending Winchester and I also completed my BA here. I absolutely love Winch. As a mature and commuting student I have been so comfortable here. The lectures are really knowledgavle and the campus is beautiful.

The resources provided (teachers, books/journals) are very good and helpful. Part of Campus has just been renovated so that's nice that it's more updated and modern. The course could offer more options within modules.

Fantastic university! Very warming feels when first arrived. The accommodation was west Downs. It felt like I was living in Chicago, the community was always filled with high spirit and everybody was nice. It was a nice way to start my three years at the university.

Winchester is small but perfectly formed. It has history, beautiful buildings (old and very new), and a tight community of students and academics. Its size belies the scale of its ambition. It is a world leader in the fields of education, history and archaeology and contributes a great deal to these areas in terms of research. It has a vibrant arts programme and there is an international vibrancy to its cohort and output. It is perhaps too comprehensive in its admissions, but I believe it's on the ascendancy. I am really enjoying my course (business management) as it is interesting, engaging and is teaching me the relevant skills I need for the workplace. The Facilities, resources and student union are also excellent and there is a real sense of community and a fun atmosphere.

The university is a lovely site, including both neat modern buildings and older fashioned buildings. The accommodation is clean and there is plenty of room. The events held at the uni are good fun and provide lots of chances for socialising.

I can't explain how much I love this university. I am currently in my third year and will be very upset when I leave and graduate. I love how small the campus is and inclusive it makes everyone. The socials are fun and consistent and the teaching is wonderful and creative. Love this place so much.

Great university. Everyone is kind & loving. True that's it's quite a small uni but just gives a more close communal feel. The accommodation is great and not too expensive. Plenty of sports & societies. The nightlife is okay, wednesdays there is BOP which is fun. However Southampton nightlife is great& it's 10-15 mim train away. The food is decent, and the lectures are great.

University has a lovely campus with all facilities found short distances from each other. Full of friendly staff and students. The physiotherapy course is brand new however is excellently delivered and engaging! The union as a whole is great however some parts could be organised better. Overall university of Winchester is great however it's situated on a hill after hill....

The uni is rather good, I don't feel as if much is wrong with it... I quite like it by am not sure just how much my enjoyment levels could reach while attending this university. I love how much support there is however the WiFi in my apartment is pretty damn poor. They have almost tried to give us the bare minimum and have not really given us much support if I'm being honest. They keep avoiding upgrading it for us and with the amount me and my housemates pay per year it's extremely infuriating, thanks for listening, it's ya boi. Anonymous.
