12 Awesome Apps for University

Check out our guide to 12 awesome apps that are definitely worth checking out if you're at university....

Imagine a world where you can't quickly find answers to questions just by calling on your trusted friend, Mr Google.

Imagine having to go to the library to dig out a dusty old book every single time you need to do some research.

Horrific...I know! How did our parents do it?

Fortunately, we were born at the perfect time where tech makes our lives a hell of a lot easier. Smartphones have changed the way we operate on a day to day basis meaning that we can rely on our pocket-dwelling, trusted, tech sidekicks at all times. But with so many different apps out there, how do you know which ones are any good?

We've put together this guide of our 12 favourite apps that will change the way you do things at university and make things a hell of a lot easier:-

REFERENCEME

One of the most annoying things about writing an essay has to be trying to understand the Harvard Referencing system to give credit to all the books and journals that you’ve sourced material from for your assignments. It takes nearly as long as writing the essay itself! Great news - this superb little app does the hard work for you! All you have to do is select your preferred referencing style, scan the barcode of the book or journal with your phone and it references for you. You can then email the references to yourself to quickly add to your work. Job done!
