Employees at LoyaltyLion think innovatively to come up with new and fresh ideas to engage customers. Working with ecommerce stores, they help to create an online loyalty and engagement programme. This helps to increase customer engagement, purchase frequency and encourages referrals.
As a key member of the customer success team, you'll communicate with over 1600 clients. Having good client relationships is an integral part of LoyaltyLion's aims and it is important that good customer service is consistantly delivered. Your role would include, but not be limited to: answering clients emails; writing help documentation; coming up with new product ideas based on client feedback and supporting the creation of webinars.
LoyaltyLion are searching for someone who cares about delivering good customer service, can communicate professionally, is willing to work flexible hours to cater to US clients and wants to make their mark in a growing start-up environment.
