It has plenty of sites and places to eat. It is a good place to live if you like to be on the move all the time. It is pricey in London but due to the commute it is more reasonable to live near if you study etc. It has good and bad days with traffic but it is a good city to study and work.

My experience in London thusfar has been fantastic! The night life is incredible and you’re never short of things to do during the day. In the short amount of time studying in London, I have visited many of the iconic landmarks, seen many of my favourite bands and ventured into areas of London that I wouldn’t have even thought to go to. This might be my favourite place in the world; so far.

Greatest city on earth. A country boy who is now living in what is historically the central melting pot of the world. No other city has as rich a history; there isn't anywhere else with such beauty and excitement. London is the place I want to live and work.

It is very convenient location, 2 minutes from the local tube station. There isn't many things to do,however the University offers good library facilities.

Great uni location, always something to do. Lots of shopping centres and local shops that stay open late. Great atmosphere.

I chose my uni partly because I’d heard it was a cool area with lots of bars and pubs rather than clubs, which I prefer. So I’d definitely say consider that sort of thing when deciding on a uni!

Nights out are relatively expensive compared to up north, however you won't stop partying from Monday till Sunday. With a variety of clubs open you'll be entertained each night of the week. As for food, oh boy you're in for a treat!

Nothing particularly close to uni for a night out so have to go out into soho or shoreditch, getting an uber back can be expensive and the area isn’t particularly safe so walking isn’t really a good option, but the variety of nights out and places to go is definitely worth it

Nights out are fun, you will have a great number of choices for each night. The food isn’t that good if you go to mainstream restaurants and the quality of groceries are really bad aswell, but being in a big city it is easy to find alternatives. Every thing here is juste so expensive, transport and food especially.

So many things to do. Clubs everywhere and every night, theatre is there for the non clubbers. To find cheaper food just walk around and you'll find somewhere which serves tasty food but won't break the bank.

Surrey Quays Shopping Centre is the best out there! Has a blend of expensive and affordable shops. With good transport links it’s an easy place to acces and also with free parking!

Many places to eat in London. Various shops in westfields Stratford and White city as well as oxford street. Poor value for money compared to the rest of the country.

Good times good food but quite pricey. Lots of diversity and lots to do. Busy town and the underground is great for getting around.

The location of my Uni is brilliant as it is close to everything; near central london, next to a high street and genuinely a nice area.

Loads to do e.g. eating out, shopping and clubbing but expensive for students. Can find cheap stuff though if you know where to look.

To be perfectly honest the city has to be one of the most dangerous places ever you can’t go anywhere without looking over your back
