Good size bedroom and kitche, ensuite is small and basic but does the job and it’s good to have your own bathroom. Great location - 5 minutes walk from campus and close to shops. The main downside is that it seems more anti-social compared to some of the other halls in Aberdeen, I’m only friends with a few of my flat mates and none of the other flats talk to us.

Poorly heated and sub par facilities. The showers are the only exception. Overall it's not a bad place to live, it's well located but I had decided almost within the first week that I'd be moving on to a different accomadation for next year. Hot water is temperamental and fires out the tap erratically, the heaters turn off after half an hour and the room barely heats up. There is mold in the corner of the room and next to no storage space for clothes.
