Caerleon

Location is good as it is close to some attractions and also tour bus stations. Hotel is clean and breakfast is nice.  Rooms are relatively small and bathroom style with no door is an inconvenience as the room gets very humid.  No real business center. Just a table with an outdated iMac on a table.  No room service. There are many restaurants in the area, though.  Ask for mall view as the other side is not nice.  Our check in was not the greatest as the receptionist was not nice at all and we had a very bad impression about the staff. I must say most of the other staff were very nice and tried to help.  Personally we will not stay there again.  This, however, may be just our experience and others might have a better luck.
