Room like a box, loud; and hardly any soundproofing against the kitchen next door. Peopl could hear me in the shower and there was a serious lack of privacy. No social areas and I was one of two in a eight person flat of six international students which was hugely isolating. Left me depressed and with mental health issues because of the fact that I felt so trapped in that room. Considering the amount paid per week, facilities could've been far better.

Perfect location overlooking the mountains of north wales. The appliances in the kitchen were all up to standard and it didn’t feel like there was anything missing or anything else requires. Llanddwyn’s en-suite rooms are a decent size and have a good sized bathroom/shower - again, they’ve got everything you require in terms of desk space and wardrobe/drawer space. The social life in Ffriddoed is good, there is a student bar and a shop on campus so you can get most things you need from there. The only downside is that it is fairly expensive but I suppose that’s how most uni halls are.

The rooms are decently sized, and there is a toilet/shower room included. It is very homely and live with 7 other people within the flat.

The facilities available in this hall block were great. I had a larger room which was very spacious and worth the little extra cost. Love the halls at Bangor as it is the majority which have besuited rather than a minority. Good shop and bar facilities on site and computers and printers available came in hand for university work.

The location of the accommodation is a 10 minute walk roughly from where my lectures are which is so useful ! It is also near Morrisons (5 minutes) which is good if I need essentials ! The people are so so friendly who I live with and I've made some really good friends here. It's always warm and welcoming to come back to after a long day at university
