Great place to live especially if you have early morning lectures. Prime location as it is a 10 min walk from bullring, moor street and new street and 5 min walk to the university’s main building. Walls are on the thin side. Bathrooms could be a little nice but are clean enough. Plenty of storage space.

Constant issues with heating etc. and the doors and gates are always slow and unresponsive at times

The student accommodation is good and comfortable to live in. The university provide good living standards with a nice kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The only downfall is the thin walls and therefore you can hear things within your flat very clearly. Overall the accommodation is good and I would definitely consider living here again.

Plenty of power sockets and storage spaces but they no longer clean the ensuite bathroom which can produce a lot of dust due to the lack of ventilation. Some of the rooms can get very hot, make sure you purchase a fan to keep cool!

The location is perfect because it is on campus and I live right next to Tesco. It is very social as you are close to all other blocks and buildings. The common room has good games and TV so that is a good place to chill and also good place to have drinks. My room contains the usual bed, table, on suite and I live with my friends. I am very happy with my accommodation and would recommend to others.

Great location with amazing proximity to maim building and Tesco express as well as the library and town centre! Facilities are good as well as the room. Kitchen is cleaned fortnightly too which is great and bins taken out daily. Only downside as with any accomodation would be noice from the window when students are returning from a night out etc

The facilities are fine but were better maintained when ASV was running the place. Unite, who are the new owners aren’t as forthcoming.
