Denton holme offers a superb new build, with shared x2 bathrooms and 9 or 12 bed flats! The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and 3/4 size beds, 2x pin boards, hooks, plenty of plugs, wardrobe, draws! Anything you can ask for! The kitchen is decent sized with decent facilities, open plan with a living room and dining area big enough for everyone! 2 decent sofas, plenty of room and all equipment (iron, mop etc) provided! If anything breaks just give grev a call! Class man!

Ok location from city centre, close to fueshill campus, 30 minutes from Brampton. Facilities were good, large kitchen/living space and the bedrooms were nice. Social experience limited to your own house (8/9 people), not really any large communal area for the other houses to socialise together. Expensive for what you get, and you get charged if your kitchen isn’t clean when they check on it. Costs to use washing facilities even though you pay over £100 a week to live there

The people have been great. The facilities are good but for a strict over charged price. Very strict on night life and noise. Will charge fines and penalty for almost anything they can. Lovely security guards who really care. A good reception team.

Denton is nice to look at and a fun place to be, but it doesn’t give me that sense of home as everything looks so new and refurbished. Other people think otherwise but I feel like I’m staying at a hotel with 11 other people. It is great for nearby shops !

It's a really pleasant site to live on with up to 12 students living in a block of flats. The kitchen and living area is big enough to accomodate everyone and the kitchen has all the features you'd need (and if there are any problems there is a handyman on site from 9-5) Unfortunately it is quite far from the university campus (20 mins to fusehill st.) but has shops and a few takeaways nearby. The nearest big supermarket is Asda in town but I'd recommend getting a delivery. It doesn't have any social areas like games rooms or the like so we usually end up round each other's flats. The wifi is very good considering the amount of students on site, and the rooms are a decent size for what you pay.

Lovely staff. Great rooms in a good location close to the city centre. Love the layout of the houses and the feel of the community

ok location, requires a bus to brampton road campus but it's only £1.50. Short walk to co-op, lidl and tesco for supermarkets. Short walk to nightlife, and the city centre too! Social side is ok, but the layout is rubbish and only really allows you to mingle with your housemates, as theres no big communal area, apart from your kitchen/living room which only your housemates can access. Bedroom is nice, but there is a shared bathroom between you and one other person.

Everything about this halls was amazing! Everything was pretty new and modern. You got put into houses with people from either the same area (from home) and on you’re coursenso everyone gets on really well ! The team which work there are always happy to help and will try their hardest to help with anything from breaking items or promotion of events!! Only negative is that it is a bit expensive and around a 20 minute walk from Fusehill street campus

This is an amazing place to live, in comparison to other places I’ve seen it is spectacular. The team who work on site are the kindest and funniest people you’ll ever meet, and the rooms themselves are immaculate. The on-site security is also a real bonus!
