Location on campus is great all my lectures are within a 10 minute walk (which is great if you leave it to last minute to get ready for them like me) the kitchen is nice and spacious and all our cupboards are labelled with our room numbers and there's enough space in the fridge and freezer for your own shelf. It comes with the basics, 2 kettles, 2 microwaves, 2 sinks and 2 cookers/ovens along with cleaning supplies and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen also comes with a sofa for socialising as we don't have a separate shared living area. The rooms them selves are very nice with a double bed, desk and chair and a onsuite there are no complaints. The building is easily accessible and has a lift to get the the 1 of 6 floors, great for when you've got a load of shopping bags or for when you move in.

All rooms had a double room and there was 9 rooms per flat. The location was perfect. The kitchen was okay, could have been better but oversll it is a great accommodation.

Modern, clean and relatively good location. However bad for meeting new people as no social areas. Relatively good value for money

Great location as you're close to main campus buildings and the central hub of the library. Safe building with fobs, and double glazed windows from other noisier students. Large kitchen so a good size for you and 7 other people, plus the rooms are a good size too with a good sized wet room shower/bathroom for one. Plenty of storage and good quality, large desk. Mattresses pretty uncomfortable but you can't have it all ! It's the luck of the draw when you're out in with flat mates. Sometimes you get along and others you don't.

Whilst the room and kitchen were really nice, the state in which my flat mates left the kitchen consistently put me off halls completely. Left to me and two others to clean at the end of the year or risked a huge fine. The uni did not group all freshers together and so there were only 4/9 who were freshers which is disappointing and resulted in a different first year experience to my friends at other unis. The university should rethink this. The rooms are big and the double bed is a plus. I do think storage is not maximised however as there is plenty of space for more. The kitchen was also incredibly unsocial as could not sit on stalls to eat as the level of table was too high and the sofas were uncomfy and small. Not enough to fit the whole flat if we wanted to .

Good location; easy 5min walk into cantral campus. The facilities are all you could as for for first year uni halls; en suite bathroom is cleaned every other week which is handy and the kitchen is a good size and easily shared. The social experience is brilliant as you get you to know people in your flat and the building quickly and it’s nice to be surrounded by people who are in the same boat as you which creates nice setting for socialising!
