I think I have made the right choice selecting Pittville Student Campus as my first choice. The room is in an excellent condition, I love the facilities they provided here. Everyone is just so helpful when you have any problems ie; stuck outside your building, problems in your room. I had a few maintenance problems before and the issues were solved asap by the maintenance team. Very efficient! I also love how they provided a proper bike storage. Overall, I'm happy and satisfied.

Pittville has been newly renovated to a new, modern homely environment. In comparison to what it was before I agree it is money well spent. It's a less dim place to live and is more open. The facilities are amazing, such as a gym, on campus shop and sports courts. The rooms are spacious and comforting with all the common features to make students feel at home.

Really nice rooms and as it's newly built it's super fresh. The pittville enhanced rooms are expensive but soo worth it. Huge comfy beds, nice desk with good lighting and a really nice bathroom. Also as it's within a student village it is super social and it's very easy to make friends, it also ensures that it's safe and the security is amazing.

A great place to stay for your first year when you don't have to worry about the price. Great experience to be in Pittville for the year, great atmosphere, secure and very nice facilities. Would recommend a townhouse there.

The halls at pittville are a modern and clean facility with friendly staff and commodities readily available. unlike other halls of residence pittville has an on campus shop, canteen, bar, gym and study room, all of which become a second “chill out” space and with the bar close at hand, who could complain!!

The building- I lived in one of the old blocks which was listed online as “refurbished halls” the website lead everyone to believe that no one had lived in the rooms before us yet they had. The standard when we moved in was a 2/10 the rooms were unclean, showerheads weren’t on the showers, kitchen bins still had rubbish in and cupboards had mouldy food in them. A major factor which haunted our moving in experience was the fact that we had no hot water or heating for 6 days once we’d moved in. However the university did give us a free weeks worth of rent because of the lack of hot water. The social experience in pittville student village was unreal as you have about 600 students living there so you can get to know a wide variety of people. The social areas within our halls building wasn’t the best (especially if you didn’t get on with your floor mates like I did) but we did have a student union bar in the building used for post, the gym, laundry etc. Me and my friends found ourselves in the su bar almost every evening playing pool or chatting with the bar staff.

The location of Pittville is okay, however compared to campus in town it’s a long way out, the facilities at Pittville at excellent in terms of rooms and the reception building. The quality of my room was great especially because it was all brand new. Socially Pittville is great because it has a hundreds of students living there so you are able to meet loads of people.

The location of Pittville halls is in a quiet part of Cheltenham that is a short walk to the Cheltenham race course and a 20 minute walk from the town center. The walk to town goes through a lovely park with a nice feeling about it. The facilities at the campus are perfect for student life including a gym, ping pong and pool tables, a study space and student bar, all contained within the campus. The social aspect of the student village offers numerous events in the SU bar throughout the year. The university also provides a bus service that runs from the campus to the main club in Cheltenham. The rooms are also very well polished and provide a safe and relaxing feeling.

The campus is a 15 minute walk from Cheltenham town centre, and there is a shop, gym, refectory and bar located in the main reception building.

Really nice place to live with really modern kitchens and comfortable living conditions, the new block that I live in especially has been nice and I'm a huge fan if how they've laid out the bedroom

Location is very nice next to Pittville Park and the facilities are lovely and new. The social experience could have been better, I think this is due to the layout of the enhanced townhouses. However, my room is slightly bigger than average and have had no problem with the room/bathroom other than the showers being very sensitive.

Building work all day, was a difficult environment to work in and the staircase were metal so every time someone walked up or down them in the night it would wake everone in the flat up.

Great room, lovely new build. Kind of a bit of a trek away from anywhere, 40 min walk to lectures which isn't too bad. Its pretty expensive but worth it for the social experience and being in halls is a great experience.

The halls are very well equipped, they have so many activities going on everyday, good access to a gym, bar, shop and other activities for everyone. It is very clean and ideal for first year.

Good location and facilities. Old blocks have so many problems with heating and water such as we had no hot water for the first 2 weeks however they offered us food and accommodation else where. The staff are lovely and do their best to get involved with us as students.

20 minute walk from uni but it’s a lovely walk through pittville Park. The halls are lovely and it’s a great environment to live in. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean and the staff are all very friendly and approachable.

The halls are ok. Could be better. When moved in nothing was ready for our arrival. The ovens were not connected, there was no satellite connect to our tv and we didn’t have a remote! The university security is slow, when someone got stuck in the toilet they took 30-45 minutes to arrive and another 20 minutes to get them out. The price is pretty high. The only thing worth the accommodation is the people you live with, most of them are great!

The older rooms come out bigger! The location is perfect! The social aspect is great! The showers in the old block are poor compared to the new ones!

The location of the halls aren't too far away from the university, and also about a 5/10 minute walk from the town centre. Good facilities, and spacious (depending on what room you manage to get)

Expensive accommodation for a poor room/block. Was not the nicest place to live. Has now been improved with added blocks and it looks amazing, but still overpriced

Unfortunately a lot of the “refurbishments” on pittville original have just seemed to be a quick paint job and new furniture. The kitchen could use a new Oven as it looks as if it’s been there since the old pittville. And the place was not finished by the time we moved in as there is still building work that needs to be finished.

Great facilities, events often take place at the SU bar, right next to pittville park. Staff are very helpful.
