Agard Court

Agard court is very nice, well decorated, high quality accommodation, some things to improved would include black out blinds and the light travels through the current ones every easily and brightens up the room and for a student sleeping at any times of the day this would be a big improvement, also kitchen drawers are currently missing this would help to organise the kitchen more and maximise space which is already limited, one other thing there seems to be a drastic change in size of the kitchens between the 5 and 6 bed flats, I am in a 5 people shared flat and for only 1 extra person the sizes are hugely different, also the kitchen table in a 5 bed flat is not big enough for all 5 students to sit around the table together.

The location is great as it is a short walk from the town. Also, the facilities are good too. However some people leave dishes in the sink and it makes the kitchen look extremely untidy.

the location is perfect for me to access friar gate for my lectures and the perfect distance from town. it is also very nice student accommodation.

Already far too expensive for the size of the rooms, I've seen prison rooms bigger!!! Very disappointed and shocked!!! Mugging students off!!!
