The view from the windows are good, consisting on fields and wildlife. This accommodation is catered, the meal options are good with plenty of choice for omnis, vegetarians and vegans. The room is large with a lot of floor space and storage.

Living in Reid is great as a Geography student, (the Queen's building is right next to it) it's in the middle of campus so it's pretty easy to get to places. The only annoying thing is food. Although prices are great at half price in founders, walking all the way up there can be annoying sometimes on a lazy day. I end up going to the hub instead but imo it's quite overpriced. If you're an introvert like me, going into the pantry when people are drinking can be quite awkward at times, i tend to avoid the pantry as much as possible.

Reid is located centrally amongst other accommodations allowing a social community to be developed. Despite being catered, you still get discount off food. The room is of decent sizing which makes it perfect for a uni student.

The accomodation is located in a group alongside other accommodations and it helps to develop a nice environment. It is definitely worth it for the price you pay and by being catered, you get 50% off food which is a bargain.

The layout in Reid can lead to you becoming quite isolated from other flatmates and the food in founders’ can be a bit hit and miss however for the price and the fact it’s ensuite, you can’t really go wrong
