The number one selling factor is the location of this accommodation, only a minute walk if that to the library and to lecture theatre block. Also th led away so it's not loud at night from people going to rubix. The rooms are very very good value for money, a large single room with ample storage space, large desk and a sink. You have two toilets and sinks for 7 people. Even tough it's not as luxurious as having an en-suite never in my time here have I had someone else be in the toilets or showers at the same time as me. The toilets and showers are cleaned regularly and have never been in a bad state. The drawbacks are that the building very old and not very pleasent looking and worse of all the size of a kitchen in a joke how small it is. Cooking is a struggle with the group and predrinks are impossible. All in all it's the best accommodation in terms of value for money

The kitchen and toilet spaces are really too small and the ventilation of the room during summer is really bad because the windows can’t be opened wide enough. Also the fridge space should be properly categorised for each room.

Large rooms for Band C but a tiny kitchen. 2 minutes from most lecture theatres. A good deal but the buildings are ageing.

The location is like a 1 minute walk to the library and a few minutes from other locations on campus. However it is at a top of the hill which is annoying. People on band c acconodation all pay the same price, however, you can draw the short end by getting a tiny kitchen. 7 people per flat is a good size for the toilets and showers, you never have to wait for it so no point getting an ensuite

Decent accommodation however the kitchen is so tiny and you have to share with 7 people! The room has a lot of bushes which occasionally invites bugs and spiders.
