Great location! 10 minutes walk from Guildford Station and town. Halls are cleaned two/ three times every week :)

Great location - 5 minute walk to the train station, 10 from town and only about 1 minute walk from the student union. I stayed in a band D room (single, ensuite). Room size and quality were both great. Personally found that the house was not very social but I think that was mainly due to the flatmates' individual personalities and the fact that within 1 house we had a total of 20 students (2 floors of 10), and I had a fairly different timetable to the others. Surrounding area was also very pretty with lots of plants, making it feel homely and relaxing. Only issue would be that despite the facilities not being as modern (or the rooms as large) as band D in international house and on Manor Park, the rent is the same. Regardless, I was still perfectly happy with my room. Accommodation services were also fantastic at dealing with any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic halls, great layout and ensuite. Houses are of 20 students so very social and easy to meet people. Large kitchen and cupboard space as well as two fridges and freezers per 10 people.

Good location, great social life and good flat mates. Library services are close by and maintenance and security are always around.
