Ashwell Hall

I enjoyed the experience at the beginning however if you really want to do well in your studies I think it’s difficult to do that and live in halls. Due to people smoking in their rooms, fire alarms were common and we may have to evacuate about godly hours of the morning, like 4am when I had a 9am that same day. Your food and kitchen equipment would go missing, the noise from other students late when you have a test the next day is a joke. My flatmates would sit in the hallway talking and laughing!

Overall the room is okay, en suite and provides for all your needs but however the bed is quite small and the mattress is not that comfortable. The kitchen is also great. There are usually routine checks for both the room and kitchen to make sure everything is in working condition. The room provides for all your basic rooms and that’s okay.
