Location of Claredale: 3/5. The Bethnal Green, Hackney area is not the most safe area to be at night. However it is close to shoreditch which has lots of student friendly activities. Social experience:3/5. Not much goes on in the accommodation itself however, as previously mentioned, Shoreditch is close. Facilities: 3/5facilities are ok. However, there is only one toilet per 4 people. Rooms:4/5 rooms are nice but small.

The location of the accommodation is pretty convenient to get to the universities in the area, bus stops and tube is very close by to the accommodation. The area it is located is in a fairly quiet area, with all other flats surrounding. There is no lounge area, however claredale does organise events at the start of the year to meet other residents and they send out newsletters on upcoming events.

Cass and Claredale is so convenient for any student to live in. It's about a 5 minute walk from bethnal green station, which has the central line running through it, and an easy 30 minute walk to QMUL. You can get to stratford Westfields in like 20 minutes, which is super handy when you have a lack of stationary OR need something for freshers parties. Cass is super cheap for its location, and is pretty well managed. Anything wrong in the flat? Free maintenance by the team at claredale. The rooms are simple but that's why you can get creative and really make them your own. Also. Tescos is a minute away if that, super great for the lazy ones. There's bike storage for cyclists, parking spaces, and a front gate to keep things safe and calm. Wifi's pretty good too, don't really get any issues with it. The only fault i'd have majorly with this is because it's more like a set of flats rather than halls, there's not AS much of a social atmosphere, aside from small kitchen parties. But Bethnal Green is right next to Shorditch and quite a few other places so it's not like you have to travel far for a night out.
