It's ok. NOT very clean, students are left to clean between themselves (no innuendo pun intended). It's great for people who like some peace and quiet. A lot of friendly students who just get on with their own thing. Staff are helpful and friendly. BUT, if you stay until you have to leave at the end of term, you are expected to clean the apartment, EVEN if you were only there for 2 months, and the other guys who were there for up to 3 years, leave early, and leave you with the toilet stains and messy kitchen etc. I was basically threatened with having my £500 deposit being deducted if I did not scrub what was basically water marks off the toilet that had clearly been there for at least a year. I felt this was unfair as I had solidly cleaned my room and the kitchen. For THIS reason, I won't be staying there again, dodgy if you ask me. I did get my deposit back, only after using 2 bottles of bleach and 5 separate attempts to scrub that toilet clean. Man, I didn't even need Uni, I am now an accomplished toilet cleaner. New career path, here I come! Thanks Claredale! :))))))))))
