Overall impression of the whole hall is ok. It is far located from the other lecture rooms and the main university and the main road. But living in London, it can be a advantage as you can’t hear all the annoying sirens. Kitchen and rooms are big enough for a student.

It was small and the maintenance service was poor- example being I didn’t have a light in my room for the last month of university

Decent accommodation but the people in my halls were dull, no one tried to socialise, but that’s all down to chance really. Loved my room, was my own escape.

The room itself was nice and a good size, the kitchen was also a good size. Thought there was a lack of communal/social space, the only area to social in the building was in my kitchen. Close central London, and the campus feel was very social and easy to meet new people.

Hot water stops a lot. Had no light in the hallway for 2 months. Electricity has broken three times. Fire alarms go off all the time for no given reason. Genuinely the worst

On campus location in a moderately quiet area, however due to constant flat parties (despite this breaking tenancy agreements) it's very difficult to sleep. Flat size is great for what I pay and I have lots of storage space in my room. Fridges need to be checked more as temperatures are inconsistent. Would be good to have a 24/7 housing line to make noise complaints easier and dealt with quicker. The only way to interact with people in the building is through a group chat which usually only talks about partying. Internet connection is AWFUL , even when wired, it randomly disconnects and causes issues with netflix. Might be nice to have a whole building social area so people can socialise more.

Nice spacious rooms with a decent kitchen, a bit out dated but sufficient for use. No lifts is a n issue considering most other blocks have one and I'm paying the same price as them!!!! Should be slightly less as collecting deliveries and moving in were/are a hassle.
