The halls Hall of residence is good in respect to some aspects for example the room are spacious and is well furnished but they have less light in the room making the room gloomy and dark and the bathrooms are really small and not well designed and water leaks out sometimes but it's mangable and the common area is good and the envoenviron is good as well as the staff is cooperative and friendly but the internet speed is little slow making it a problem sometimes otherwise the accommodation is highly recommended

I suffered a few maintenance issues during my first few weeks, both in my room and the communal kitchen, but these were quickly rectified by the maintenance team. Noise was a major issue most evenings, as pretty much anyone could walk along our corridor. The reception team were polite and helpful. My room was pleasant but nothing special. The bathroom left a lot to be desired.

East Central House is located a few minutes from Old Street Roundabout, making the location quite desirable due to its close proximity to Shoreditch. The facilities, such as the courtyard and common room were average at best, including only a TV during my time there. The room was decent for a halls room but nothing too special. However, the social experience and nightlife was the best bit of my experience and would make me recommend the halls as a good place to live.

The kitchens are spacious and the rooms are nice. The common area is reasonably small. The reception staff are nice and often decorate the foyer seasonally which is fun. Building not too noisy and nice flatmates.

Location is good - you're near old street station and within walking distance of the University Rooms are also good However Internet is really bad - it's basically unusable after 8pm
