newly refurbished with big rooms. reception super friendly and keen to help with any problems you may have, but repairs sometimes slow to be taken out. perhaps less sociable than other halls but this partly due to self-catering. i stayed in an en-suite and was overall satisfied with the price i was paying and what i received for it. super close to UCL (5 minute walk to most buildings) and near supermarkets (3 mins to euston sainsburys, 10 mins to waitrose). common room is also really nice with pool table, arcade machines, TV, huge sofa, piano.

The halls at UCL are fair, and the location is great as there's great accessibility to venues and shops outside. I was satisfied with the size of my room as I'm not too fussy of a person

Wi-Fi reception is awful. The water has stopped flowing one two occasions. Facilities are very good though as it has been recently refurbished.

John Adams is the best accomodation offered by UCL. It is 3 minutes away from campus; it was refurbished last year so the 2017-2018 students were the first ones to live there; the reception team is amazing; the cleaning staff is really nice and do an amazing job; it is a quiet hall and overall there have only been minor issue. We had no water for a day twice and the wifi is not always working perfectly (especially at night) but the staff is always super responsive and ready to help. The kitchens are amazing and the common room is really nice.

Great room with everything up to an exceptional standard due to recent renovation. Friendly reception staff and wardens available whenever you happen to need them.
