A very centrally located hall of residence. Good facilities with arequaderooms for studies and leisure. Could improve management of communal kitchens. Property is recently renovated so very posh and hep.

Room is good, adequate space, place's location is excellent, close to post office and convenience store, many bus stops in the vicinity, facilities rather lacking as no provision of vacuum cleaner or iron and ironing board, cleaners are great and common areas are cleaned regularly. Fridge allocation and kitchen cabinet allocation is good too. Maintenance ie. repairing of spoilt items is not very good in terms of speed. Social experience is still okay, WiFi is inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes bad but mostly acceptable. Overall, value for money.

I have a diverse range of people on my floor and I've made some great friends here. The kitchen area is where I've met most of them and while the kitchen occasionally gets messy (living en-suite), it's great to be able to talk it out and solve issues. The initial mixer parties in the common area are great fun and a really nice way to meet people living in other parts of the accommodation. When I lose my room key, it's easily replaceable and I've had few issues here.

Location is perfect for central London, not too busy and overcrowded, but just lively enough for there always to be something to do. Staff also frequently plan out social evenings and breakfasts and are very helpful with any assistance. Maintenance also works very fast, issues are usually dealt with within the first 24-48 hours. Rooms are nicely designed with a 'clean' and modern feel to them/.

Location is perfect not only for getting to university but exploring the city as well. Very close to both Old St and Barbican. Staff are very friendly and helpful, great to have a quick chat with. Rooms are clean and have a lot more of a modern and sleek design compared to other halls.

The location and rooms are ideal for students studying in central London. The price is reasonable. Communal areas and social areas are often messy and unclean. Frequent, daily false fire alarms in the building. Staff are often unhelpful and inhospitable.
