The only good part of the location is that it's near Camden and kings cross, but it is quite a distance from UCL. Facilities are great but the WiFi is unstable, I usually have problems with internet connectivity whenever I video call somebody. Room is great

Rooms are fantastic - they're modern, include practically double beds and a small ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is lots of storage, although in order to access the under the bed storage, you have to lift up the mattress which is very heavy! The wardrobe is also quite small, but there is plenty of room in the room for an extra clothing rail for more clothes storage. The kitchens are well-stocked and roomy with a nice social area including sofas and a breakfast island. There have been complaints of mice, but I haven't yet seen any and apparently this is pretty normal for London student accommodation! I have had no problems with the internet - it is speedy and present in all areas of the accommodation! The common rooms are well designed and have TVs, gaming consoles, vending machines, pool tables and fuse ball and a small keyboard. There is also a study room which includes free printing. However, the free printing is accessed with a phone app and works fairly slowly and sporadically - there is also a small advert at the bottom of your printing. Have found it easier and quicker to buy a printer for my room. Laundry is also accessed by an app. Whilst it is helpful to be able to pay for laundry by card instead of having to hoard small change, the app is slightly buggy. The laundry is also quite expensive (£4.70 for a wash and dry cycle)! The location is excellent - although it is one of the further UCL halls (25 min walk), it is also very close to Camden Town which is excellent for nightlife and Mornington Crescent tube station on the Northern Line (well-connected).

The room is spacious however there have been multiple problems with hot water and mice. The facilities on offer such as printing are nearly always broken. The WiFi is slow and the kitchens aren't cleaned regularly enough when looking at the price.

there were pretty decent rooms for the price, but they definitely were small and with old facilities, washing machines looked dirty . it was kept clean though with vacuums provided and clean carpets on corridors. never used the kitchen, luckily. good social spaces and nice neighbours.

St Pancras Way was without a doubt the most modern halls for UCL. The room is cosy and well designed, this halls provides the most strorage space. You share a kitchen with approx. 6 others, and again the kitchen is well equipped, is cleaned every 2 weeks, and is large. You have many common spaces, vending machines, recpetion is extremely helpful. The only downside of this place is it’s location. Unfortunately the fastest way to uni is walking but it is a long walk, which gets very boring and repetitive as the months go on. The closest tube station is about 12 mins walk away. Due to this isolated location, there aren’t supermarkets closeby, you again need to walk, a big Sainsburys is about 15 mins walk away.

For the most part, my experience at UNITE was positive. The staff at receptions were friendly and helpful at all times, the building was new, and the rooms were in great condition. These aren’t the best halls for interacting with hundreds of people due to the closed off nature of the rooms, but social spaces such as the large common room made up for it. The only drawbacks included the price (I paid £213 a week but it has since then increased in price), and I personally think I would have been happier paying less money a week and missing out on having the extra TVs in the common rooms. Also, compared to other halls we had far fewer visits from cleaning staff, which was an issue for some people. Overall, however, it was great!

Strict with cleaning and expensive fines for minor things. Really nice place to live though! Good security and easy to get parcels. Always the right temperature

20 minute walk from campus, very good modern facilities with some of the best rooms available. Could have more regular cleaning of communal areas.
