Urbanest Westminster Bridge and Hoxton

the location of this residence is probably the best part of it. i live on the 17th floor, and although there is noise from waterloo station, i am more than happy to get used to that for the view i get. the room and toolets are clean and the staff is helpful. mails get lost sometimes but other than that, urbanest is great.
