Margaret Bondfield Hall

The shared bathroom is not ideal especially if you’re living with unhygienic people. The kitchen appliances are broken and outdated and there are no signs they will be fixed. The laundry room is far and the drier doesn’t work effectively. There is no tv or communal area besides the kitchen. However the room size is average and there are no complaints.

MB is very basic, probably the reason they're being knocked down after this current accademic year. Everything in the halls is old and tired, clearly not been looked after by the previous residents. Other than that it's good enough and livable

Halls are outdated and over-priced for what you get, but this is due to them being demolished in the upcoming year, so they won’t spend money on this. The experience of living in halls however is fantastic as it gives you an opportunity to meet and bond with some amazing people, fair enough there will be some you dislike, but you find a way of blocking them out.

The rooms in Margaret bondfield are spacious however lack a homely feel. In this hall we have to share bathrooms and these are good but we have had many problems with the electrics and it’s taken a long time to fix.

Pretty good. Affordable, fun, close to the SU, the rooms are bit on the small side and sharing the bathrooms isn't great but generally it's a readorable place to live.
