The factilites are good, all rooms have en-suites which is great as personally I would hate to share a bathroom. The shared kitchen has also recently been refitted and is now very modern and clean. We have cleaners that clean the kitchen weekly which is great. The social experience is also good as you freshers gets you mingling with people in different flats and blocks. However, the location isn’t great although it is only 10-15 minute walk from uni it is up a steep hill.

Nice enough rooms for a decent price. Up a huge hill bout 20 mins from uni. Good kitchens and common room with speaker and tv.

Blenheim was a great place to live as it was clean, cosy and had common room areas. Due to being slightly away from the main campus it meant you got to know so many more people than you would have in other halls. The only downside is that it is a 20 minute walk to uni, but this means you get to see more of the city.

The accommodation is over priced considering it’s a 20 minute walk to university with a hill. It did have an ensuite which is good and we had a new kitchen but apart from that it was basic and they charged us heavily so most of us didn’t get our rent back due to silly things.

There are bugs in the kitchen and rooms like silver fish and there is mould and the cleaners or staff haven’t fixed it or got rid of the bugs.

Lovely friendly atmosphere just very far away from the city centre. It's a steep walk back to the halls from the city with no free bus pass for first year students which could be an option in the future. However, Mark and his team are amazing and if you have any problems they will help fix straight away.

Room is old fashioned and quite literally falling apart, with rubbish bathrooms to add. The washing machines there always break so you have to wait for ages.

The rating would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the location. There are great facilities such as a communal room equipped with a table tennis table, pool, TV and speakers. Mark the manager is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are great and homely but the kitchen is a little small and badly designed.

Great halls for meeting new people, unfortunately I didn’t have good flatmates, but I was able to find other people to hang out with. Halls were very safe and secure with a gate and security guard at all times.
