The halls were very overpriced, met lovely people but the accomodation was run down and one block 1 had newly refurbished kitchens where as the other blocks still have the old spec. The prices were exactly the same and being boosted up again for next year. The storage space is ridiculously small if it was a little cheaper I would not have a problem especially as the environment outside the halls is dangerous at night so having to pay for taxis when it gets dark adds to the price. Other private accomodation seems to be much cheaper which I find hard to believe why Norton Court is so overly priced.

Location: it’s not the most ideal for those attending NTU City campus but the walk is approximately 20 minutes which is not as bad as people think. If not, there’s bus facilities which run every 7 minutes. Facilities: there’s a common room which nobody really uses but our housemates loved the pool table and board games it had. Social Experiende: it depends on the block you find yourself in, I was in block 3 and we were all extremely friendly and now I’m living 16 people. Room: the bed was smaller than a single, but the room had its en suit and was nice to spend some time in.

Nice community/social atmosphere in the courtyard shape- lots of block close together. Rooms all fully equipped and ensuite, nice social area for kitchen and dining. Quite expensive for being 20 minutes away from campus but close to a big Aldi and other shops.

Nice community feeling with the layout of the halls, rooms full equity and ensuite. But expensive and 20 minute walk from university but nearby to several shops including a big Aldi.

The location is great as it’s a 5 min walk from aldi and 10/15 mins away from Asda. Close to the bus and tram stops

The location of the halls was around a thirty minute walk from the university, making it awkward and too far to reach. The conditions of the halls were okay, in need of an update however. Considering its location and condition it was extremely over priced. On the other hand the staff working at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The halls are generally okay, however most rooms and flats are due an update in terms of decoration and appliances. It’s a bit of a walk to uni but overall the staff are lovely and I enjoyed my first year of uni living here

The accommodation was old and it was in a rough area of Nottingham, however the price was decent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My roommates weren't the best people, they would break things and smoke in the kitchen. So I didn't spend much time at dorms but the time I was there it was okay. If I had to chose though, I wouldn't live there again.

Private halls would be much better value. Did not have a pleasant experience with the halls or the staff, very expensive, bad location, minimal support even when serious allegations raised.
