Very nice place with the ancient architecture and the incredible Oxford University. There are a lot of lovely souvenirs shop around city centre. I came here on a rainy day but still had a good feeling about this place, I definitely will come back on a sunny day to see how beautiful it is.

A fair few clubs and good selection of restraints and shops in the new Westgate shopping center. There is a very good bus service that runs every day. Downside is that it is fairly expensive to live in Oxford.

I love living in Oxford. Beautiful city with lots of history and plenty of good shops, always lots of cool and inexpensive cultural events (plays, museum exhibitions, concerts) going on. Good transport links. It can be expensive, esp drinks (but often worth paying more to get a drink in a cool historic pub?) and eating out, but lots of student discounts around.

Amazing place, but incredibly pricey shopping wise. Not great value for money at all. Buses aren’t amazing especially on Sundays.

Very fun and flexible working environment, with plenty of opportunities to work closely with other teams and learn more about other disciplines. Permanent members of staff have access to discount schemes, and other transport schemes. All members of staff are eligible for transportation discounts etc.

The Oxford city is amazing to live in. Thereally is a brand new shopping centre, amazing restaurants which are worth visiting and the food is even better! There is alot of touristy place to go to such as museums or gardens. The travel is great as the buses have really good routes and they take you where ever you need to go almost at no cost. Considering its a famous city, it's quite cheap and the night clubs are worth visiting, especially on broke mondays ??

Lots of cultural things to do. Because of it being a tourist and student town things are very expensive. But the student discounts tend to be very good. There is a new shopping centre which has made shopping much nicer

It's fun all in all good classic English banter. Nights out are alright if not a little expensive. Food can be cheap is you know where to look otherwise you'll be waiting for your parents to come round or your loan to come in. Westgate best addition to the city's shops. Things to do it , it's Hogwarts without the Wizards take that any way you wish. Oxford.

Oxford is a gorgeous if somewhat congested city. Fantastic rail and coach links to London, lively night life, a great range of pubs and restaurants and an international population makes the place special. Unfortunately the city is super expensive, but cheap accommodation can be found.

Oxford is an expensive place to live in general. You may want to avoid the centre of town if you’re a student on a budget. It’s a small city so not a whole lot goes on in the day time. However it is a really lovely place and close to London. Oxford Brookes provides a bus pass so travelling around oxford is cheap (or you can walk as nowhere is that far away). Both universities are lovely places to work.

Oxford city is the best stopping place before London, the beautiful city center architecture and welcoming attitude hits you at the first glance. The prices in cafe's and restaurants are on average low prices but all depends on your needs and flavor lovings.

The location of the university is excellent.everything is close and within walking distance. The clubs are close and pretty decent - Atik is a favourite. Just opened a new shopping centre which is really nice.

Oxford is a great location for students with restaurants and nightclubs with regular student nights. Most places take student discount which is helpful and there is a range of place cinema, mini golf etc for entertainment.
