Most first years (myself included) live in the Waynflete building just over the bridge, a 3 minute walk from college. The building isn't beautiful like the rest of college but it's got a great atmosphere, being just first years in the building, and very sizable rooms. Most rooms have sinks, and those that don't have a good view of the river and Magdalen Tower.

Great rooms, affordable and well maintained. Also has a picturesque deer park to take a nice walk in. Many opportunities to pursue personal interests and superb academic support from tutors

Pros: Room lovely and big, with gorgeous view of college, can roll out of bed into tutorials Cons: social spaces slightly lacking in terms of a good JCR, green carpet
