Very far from the Streatham campus (30 minute walk) but it's close to the shops. Decent size rooms with big desks. Dated but functional kitchen.

Great location to the medical school, only five minutes down the road. Quite far from streatham campus though. Has great facilities and good sized bedrooms. There are laundry facilities and reception close by for mail or other inquiries. A nice place to live in general.

For someone who studies on streatham it isn't the most ideal location however can't fault the people, rooms and maintenance here. Closer to town than campus so the clubs are only a short walk away.

Perfect location if your studying on med school campus (St Lukes), free shuttle bus service available 3 time in the morning (starting from 7.45 then another 2 buses every 45 mins after that). 5 minute walk to both hospitals, 15 minute walk from city centre. Theres a waitrose right outside st lukes campus (5 min walk from rowancroft) and a tesco & co op 5 min walk from the accommodation. Excellent accommodation, great environment. No common room except for kitchen which is where most socialising takes place.

Overall I am happy with the size of the bedroom and the storage space. My room has a sink with a mixed tap. Large wardrobe with 5 shelves and a clothes rail. I have a large desk (approximately 200x55cm) and 3 shelves above it. It has 3 drawers and a cupboard built into it and I have a separate bedside table. The room comes with 3 light sources, one main one above the desk and one above the sink. So I didn’t need a lamp. The single bed is very uncomfortable however due to the unsupportive mattress which gives me back pain. I want to buy a memory foam topper. The kitchen and dining area is okay. The kitchen is small with insufficient worktop space for a 9 bedroom house. However the house has 3 empty rooms so it works out okay. I would give the house 4 stars if it wasn’t for the fire doors which are so heavy to open they add to my back pain. Additionally, the fire doors slam loudly when the aren’t closed using the handle so that wakes me up most mornings.

Location is great if you don’t play a BUCS sport and have to travel to stretham for a 7:30am gym session every Monday morning. Facilities are great in “posh Croft”, “s*** croft” needs some TLC

Rowancroft halls were a great place to stay, however it is acomodation for the st.lukes campus, and as an engineering student it was inconvenient to get to campus. There were buses provided to get to campus, however the last one was at 9:15, which is not useful if you have a 12:30 lecture for example. It was never made clear why i was placed into this accommodation as it was not any of my choices and there was no other accommodation available to me after selection. Despite this, it was a great place to live with ensuite rooms and a large kitchen. The house i was in, Garden house, was quite secluded from the rest of the accommodation, and we were quite closed off to the rest of the students.

Layout was very social, you’d learn to know who lived nearby or opposite your flat! Rooms with en suites were slightly on the small side. Location was good, just a 5 minute walk to st lukes campus

Location is ideal for St Luke's but a trek for Streatham (main) campus. Toilets were grubby and cold, furniture was cheap and the kitchen was tiny. Yes, it's cheap, but go for Mews if you are on St Luke's campus or go elsewhere.

Half hour walk to main campus, but well worth the price since there is a free shuttle bus running in the mornings. Heating can be slow coming on in the evening but overall the rooms are a very nice size and Rowancroft is a nice little community everyone can be a part of.

The rooms and facilities are good for the price, and mean you make good friends with your flatmates quickly. Kitchens are very small though unfortunately.
