The building itself and the rooms and layouts are all great. However, in my flat in particular there are 5 of us and with only one fridge and one sink we struggle with workspace and areas to store our food and washing. Also I find it disrespectful when electricians and engineers etc. Are doing routine checks throughout the building and they will walk into the flat and your room without even saying hello, I find it rude and very uncomfortable. I should be able to feel comfortable with where I am living and not worrying about a strange man walking into my flat at any time.

The rooms are lovely and large with plenty of storage and great a bathroom. Home park is maintained well and noise is reasonable. You can barely hear loud music being played. The common area is large and again plently of storage cupboards. The rec room on the ground floor is a great social area. The location is perfect, 3 minute walk to the bus stops which take you everywhere, 3 minute walk to shops and 6 minutes to the train station, the bus pass can be included in rent. All you get what you pay for and I would definitely recommend Home Park.

Location is really good, only a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to get to university and a 5 minute walk from Asda and the train station. My room was lovely, I couldn’t fault it! Very modern and up to date, the common areas were also great and always kept clean.

Depends what you're into. Cool bathroom with good LEDs, spacious bed, good desk and wardrobe space but personality. All greys, cold hard floors BUT good kitchen space. Comfy sofas and good cooking space

Home park is good looking, nice rooms, kitchens and social space. The staff is mostly helpful, a bit strict at times.

The location is really good. Overall the accommodation is really nice. It's just a little pricey and the quality of some things, especially the paint on the walls is a bit poor.

The location is really good close to town and clubs, facilities are good but washing is so expensive compared to other uni's, social events are good if you get there early, sometimes they finish an hour or so early and you get there and nothing is there? Rooms are really nice
