Great value for money, modern and newly renovated rooms. Really friendly staff and great facilities such as the free onsite gym.

Great location, 10 minutes away to literally anywhere, well looked after, great and friendly staff that somehow knew people by name. Only issue is the windows don’t give you much if any, of a draft so during summer it’s just roasting.

My experience in IQ Kopa wasn’t too great, I was the oldest in my flat, partially my own fault for coming to uni late, but everyone else was 18, messy and too loud. I had my moments too but my room was right next to the kitchen so I could hear absolutely everything which wasn’t Ideal. Also being on the top floor wasn’t ideal in the summer months as all the heat travels upwards and it was unbelievably hot in that room, and you could only open the windows 2 inches. Sad times

Fantastic location, very close to the uni! Fabulous staff that and park here, always happy to help! The only downside is the fact we only have one freezer between 6 of us but apart from that it’s great!!!

The location was perfect, right on campus and only a two minute walk from the library and students union. It also is quite close to the city centre. The rooms were spacious, and the best feature would have to be the storage space and the big desk that came with it. The bathrooms were a good size, with a good shower and its tile walls made it very easy to clean and there was never any mould. The maintenance guy Dave was always happy to help, and was very prompt to fix any issues. The new social space in the common room is a lot better than the old one, it’s a great place if you want to hang out with friends or do a bit of work in your spare time.

Brilliant First year accommodation. Get to meet new people, close to the campus. Had the time of my life, honestly everyone get to know everyone so you're living with friends. Some down the corridor and some downstairs or upstairs. Free pool table acquired a lot of my time too.

The room was fine for the price but would have liked to be higher up and this was not an option when booking, there was also a lift in one block and i had stairs so would have preferred the option. The staff are really lovely and parcel collection is too easy and quick. We had a Christmas drinks social in the common room and it was great but would have preferred in early in the semester but still liked it. Its secure with fob entry and the communal kitchen is a but out dated but i think has been updated recently.
