Emily Davies is close to ASDA, IKEA, ODEON and most importantly the train station so you really have everything pretty close and within walking distance. However, Emily Davies is the worst for money = quality that I have seen. My first year in Chantry, my room was double the size I have now and for only two more pounds than I paying currently. The kitchen was also three times bigger and the showers/toilets too. It was just made me feel disappointed really, there was no tours being offered around the time of choosing and they have only recently come out with a video. A LITTLE OVERDUE!

The location of the halls is pretty much perfect as it is basically in town which means easy access to shops and transport. The halls are very quiet and the common can only fit 15-20 people max and that is also where we do our washing so it always smells of laundry. The room is quite spacious as I have a large room but the kitchen is very small considering that you have to share with 3/4 people.

Halls are great! Everyone is so inclusive and the distance from halls to supermarkets and other amenities is great! Flats of 3 make for easy living and no clashes of personality!

Living in halls is great. It’s a good way to make friends and to meet new people. I love my room, where I live is in the middle of the town, so I’m near to all the bars and clubs, a big Asda to do my food shop, and around a 10 minute walk to the actual uni and library

Quiet but lovely area, amazing location slap bang in the middle of town and the high street The halls are a five to ten minute walk from everything, uni, shops and nightlife Price range fair and are reflective in room size

Amazing place to live in, so many birds, especially very very hot ones, very close to the uni campus a total walk of only 5 mins away, the best facilities in the country and also worldwide

The location was really good as you have the train station and coach station very close by and also asda for any shopping or grocery needs. My room was decent sized and I was able to make it cosy and pretty homely quite quickly. Regarding the social experience I was put in a flat of 4 with one person I already knew so that helped with having people to talk to. Unfortunatley my two other flatmatea were either never there or really annoying.

Bad management, don't fix things that break, don't listen to you, lovely people. Small everything.
