Loved my time at this hall!!! It was a very big hall so also got to meet lots of people! The location was great and my room was an en-suite double which suited me perfectly! There was a choice between being catered or self-catered! The staff are warm and welcoming and always willing to help!

Good sized double rooms with an eBay item bathroom. Only problem with the room is when you have a shower the water reaches the bathroom door as is a wet room rather than a bathroom. Communal area downstairs is nice, however under utilised. Big kitchens shared between 10-12 people have everything you need to cook a decent meal.

Good location, right next to maths, physics and school of Medicine and not too long a walk into town. Hall is very spread out so can take a solid five minutes to walk to your room even when you get in the building. Social activities organised are pretty good. Decor seriously needs an update, especially some of the kitchens. All of St Andrews halls are also very overpriced.

Not good kitchens - I found a slight lack of community within some corridors but this really varied. Facilities in rooms are good with ensuites. Enjoyable Hall community in general, great committee and fun ball! Great location in general, especially if you like the gym or do science. Way too expensive

Very large hall with over 500 residents. Friendly and sociable atmosphere with the option of either catered or non-catered. Friendly wardans and reception team :)

The accommodation is a bit far out from town but it's a great vibe and there are so many people you're guaranteed to find someone you get along with. There are social events most nights of the week like board game nights, pub quiz nights, open bar for pres. The food is really really good but the price for catered food is expensive. The bedrooms are a good size and the en suites are nice enough.

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the sciences buildings and the best location for halls in town. Social is whatever you makes it, free pres on friday nights are excellent for socialising as well as many hall events to meet people. Kitchens could be better but do what you need. En suite bathrooms are amazing.

Good location for science students, right beside science buildings and not too far away from town. Kitchens are big and cleaned weekly - hallway system was good for me, making friends with the people you share a hallway with. Room is good - double bed, en suite is very nice.

I had a single ensuite self-catered room, and it was brilliant, but what stands out most about ABH is the great social events from free booze nights to free pizza

The location is exceptional if you love fitness, only a 10 minutes walk into town, as well. Very good atmosphere for meeting great people. Rooms are perfectly comfortable as well with plenty of room for setting and making it your own. Overall, a great Hall of Residence!

Quite far out of town but St Andrews standards but really only a 10 min walk. Decent sized rooms of good quality and all en-suite. Great community feel, really enjoyed my time there. Staff all very nice and helpful.

Nice to have own, reasonably sized room with private en-suite. Whole thing felt like a prison or a hotel. Far from town.

This hall is one of the furthest halls from town . It is a really big hall but it is quite a social hall, friendly and modern. The wardens are great and my room is lovely!
