- Location is perfect, right in the middle of town & the university. - Bus stops & parking right next to the university. - Kitchen is a good size and has enough cupboards for everyone. Only thing is there is only one fridge/freezer so that space is limited. - 2 bathrooms & 2 showers is enough for everyone. - Cleaners once a week. - Rooms are a good size. - Flat overall could do with some upgrading.

Nice location but cold rooms, lack of washing machines. WiFi is good, and kitchen and bathroom are standered but nice
