Amazing, such a friendly environment and its such a great experience. You get to meet people who are so similar in different ways and its a great experience. Love my flat and my room mate

Lovely place with great people. Location is a bit far from campus though. There are 2 busses to get there efficiently though.

Both rooms I stayed in were a decent size and thats about the only good thing Staff werent helpful when it came to reporting problems. Other residents were alright for the most part, didnt really socialise much with the other people in either block I stayed in Wouldn't live in Halls again.

Very quiet but good facilities. The social aspect of the flats however is a bit hit and miss because with the layout of the flat it means that you do not bump into people as often as you would for example if everyone was on the same floor. Also the lack of an appropriate social area rather than just the kitchen area.

The large rooms are quite big. The rooms have all the necessary furtniture and sink in every room. My room has wardrobe, big chest of draws, big desk, chair, shelves, notice board, sink. The carpet is a bit old in my room but other than that its nice and plenty of space. Plenty of shops including super market on the main road infront of it. Cleaners come once a week and hoover and clean the kitchen and bath - helpful!! You have to hoover your own room. The staff are friendly and theres a security gaurd on duty outside reception opening hours. Also you have free wifi which works fine most of the time. Clanny house is not that far from the univeristy campus. It's about 7 mins on the bus but a 20/25 min walk.

I stayed in clanny house my first year it was ok, but I did have a lot of problems while living their such as lighting going off, cooker not working, bugs. And the most annoying thing was we didn’t have a washer in our building so had to walk up the top all the time carrying bags of washing. However, it was a great way to meet new people and make friends.
