Paint already worn in kitchen despite how recently the flats were built. Location is quite far from a corner store. Pipes run alogn walls of my room that make hearing other people's tap usage very clear, as well as dripping sounds.

Great price, really nice halls with insane views, would recommend anyone to come here for its social aspect as well as being close to campus

Location is perfect for facilities and lecture buildings. Gets noisy on student nights with people walking to and from a night out. Kitchen ovens don't have gas marks which makes cooking difficult.
