Lacrosse

Really has been a great part of my university experience. Training sessions are enjoyable as well as the matches. Socials are a great way to get to know more people. Lovely to learn a new sport where the majority of people are beginners so there’s no pressure.

The social side is amazing, we have themed socials every forenight, unfortunately for a sport that not many people play before coming to uni it’s difficult to get everyone af the same level and get a lot of funding for equipment. We have to fundraise a lot for new equipment etc. We have 2 teams in BUCS and they’re both doing very well in their respective leagues
