In the heart of the city, lots around to do and good nightlife. The university is large and ever growing with a huge number of courses on offer. The library is large and is split into a quiet and silent zone with multiple private study rooms as well as computers dotted around the 3 floors. To substitute the studies there are many clubs and societies on offer and all go out on Wednesday nights to the various student friendly bars for their socials.

My course is amazing, I've learned different aspects which taught me why we have certain laws. My course has a mixture of history , sociology and psychology which makes me expand my knowledge and do deeper research.

I felt that during my three years studying under two departments could have been more communicative. For example, although both departments fall under the Department of Humanities, sometimes is was difficult for messages to get across so I feel that interconnectivity and communication between subjects could definitely be improved upon. My third year at university was definitely the most complex, however I do not feel satisfied with the content I received in my last term for the extortionate annual cost of my degree.

I was able to develop skills and knowledge which will be relevant in the job market. A generalised first year in the business school gave me a chance to gain a basic knowledge of a variety of business areas.
There was also good opportunities to develop my employability through workshops and events.

Course module review - Fire And Explosion Investigation, 13/05/2016

Fire And Explosion Investigation

This is the most interesting module I have ever done! The course is both practical and theory, we complete all the lectures regarding the theory information, have an exam on this but also have a practical exam, which is amazing! We have both fire and explosion practicals, where we act and are marked as if we were real CSI's at a crime scene, we have to complete a crime scene, documenting as we go along, taking photographs currently, measurements at the scene and so on.
