So far so good. University has its own train station making it convenient to commute. Plenty of society's so there's something for everyone. However not much diversity in some courses so may feel like you're the odd one out

I love university.. The campus is stunning. The facilities are goood but the library can often be overpacked which is super frustrating I love the social life and the guild. There is little to complain about the lecturers are on the ball.

Really good uni with loads of social events to attend to if you wish. Also good teaching as the lecturers are from the highest degree. Also, good facilities that allow you to be the best you can be. Also, help the people who need help with bursaries

The University of Birmingham is a fantastic university and I'm so glad I made the choice to go here. The campus is beautiful and is a good mix of traditional style buildings with modern architecture. A train station on campus is also extremely useful and lots of places to eat, do your shopping and banking make a trip into the city centre very rarely needed. There's something for everyone which hundreds and hundreds of societies and sports clubs of varying abilities. Great student accommodation for first years and older years alike in the shape of The Vale and other premium accommodations. Overall, there is a great sense of community in this university and for those considering their options look no further than this high achieving, super fun university in the besth of the West Midlands.

At The University of Birmingham I study Liberal Arts and Sciences. This course has given me the opportunity to develop a range of academic strengths by allowing a progression in Politics, Criminology and English. I decided to change my major in third year and due to the broadness of the course over the years I was able to change my route of study in my third year. Due to the size of the course I have been given large amounts of support within the department and have had a tutor who has helped guide me throughout my time here. This course allows you to meet a range of people as you take modules across a range of departments, and allows you as a student to develop knowledge and experience across a range of disciplines. This course greatly prepares you for life after University.

Brilliant career network, outstanding facilities and a campus that takes your breath away! The moment I viewed UoB on an open day I knew I'd have a very good 4 years here.

The University is amazing especially the lunch facilities, gym and swimming pool. They are accessible by public transport too which makes it easier for students. Furthermore, the lecture rooms are very nice and spacious witch comfortable seats. I feel the teachers are also very supportive and we always get the support when needed. I would advice people to go to this university

As part of the university the online section is very good, detail but the videos on the e-lectures is a bit boring. But all the guys at the uni in my course are great fun, and easy to get on with

Wi-Fi poor in library aha, or walking building to building. Closing all these buildings down and destroying them, building up all these new buildings that are taking much longer than promised - but not telling us where our money is going, that they don't have money to pay for printing our dissertations and binding them, but do habe money for building all these things???? Makes us angry and annoyed. We want to see fill detailed costings: how many lecturers are there, what are they paid? Outside workers, supporting staff? Then courses alliances? Running costs of all the brings and maintenance? Then all the other costs? Just have it all out so that we can see it? Overall it's a great place to study specially for courses involving medicine

The University of Birmingham is an excellent institution. The fact that it is a campus uni means that all the facilities are nearby and accessible, it is easy to get from one lecture to another etc. Moreover, the new gym complex and 3G pitch are top quality and attract large crowds for sports fixtures on a Wednesday. The staff here are generally really helpful and thoughtful, meaning that it is easy to access support, either personal or learning related.

The uni is very accommodation to all of your interests which is what I love about it! I have enjoyed all the events and activities that they hold for groups of people that share your Interests which really makes you feel at home! As well as this all the tutors I've had this year have been so supportive in assisting me with assignments and questions I have from lecture content to where the library is. There are so many schemes and procedures put into place to help you!

The university is amazing in terms of the campus size and greenery. It has many places for students to work and socialise. There is good accessibility in terms of prayer rooms , disabled toilets and many more supportive networks. My course is decent in terms of the work load and lectures. This year the lectures have been supportive towards first year students and have been welcoming. The only criticism is that during freshers there wasn't much for home students and those that commute therefore many of us struggled with the transition whereas many that were living on campus found it easier to socialise with others.

A lot of disruption experienced due to ongoing building works. Can see progression of the campus however feels as though priority is for aesthetics rather than mroe practical considerations.

Birmingham is a university like no other. It's diversity, academia, sports and student support is amazing. Campus hosts outside events such as a fairground during the Christmas period, getting everyone in the Christmas spirit. The student union is a great place to go and have a chill afternoon with your friends, get some food, and later dance the night away at Fab. Facilities at Birmingham are always being updated, wiht a new library, the university is taking on the modern look. My experience here has been unmatched, and I am very sad to be leaving at the end of this year.

Although the course I'm on is not where I'd like it to be ideally, the campus, facilities and social events are brilliant. Everything is done with impeccable execution and this all culminates to a great experience.
