The University of Cumbria is one of Britain's newest universities, but has a history of educating professionals going back over 150 years. It was formed in 2007 from Cumbria Institute of the Arts, St Martin's College and the Cumbrian campus of UCLan.
Very small uni which has is pros and cons. It’s very cosy and welcoming as the lecturers will know you on a personal level. However there aren’t many resources or facilities compared to other universities.
Very small and close university with lots of student support and socials/sports to get involved in. Degrees for any kind of career path, close to nice sized city
