College Lane campus had good facilities, a great LRC (although even quiet floor can be very noisy), a good careers service and some nice buildings. The on-campus Starbucks and restaurants are also nice, clean, and reasonably priced. However, student shops are very expensive and de havilland campus is rather rejected in terms of the facilities and services available.

I am an international student and joined the university in January 2018. The university facilities and infrastructure is excellent. It possess a huge Learning Resource center which is so reliable and has lots of books and numerous computers and printers. I t has all the facilities to be comfy and make your time worth whilst at the University.

The university I attend is pretty good. It may not be high on the league tables but they do offer students a lot of help with their studies and have 2 amazing and huge libraries. One on each campus. College lane is huge compared to de havilland. However, I much prefer the later, as it has a more small and cosy atmosphere. The careers service is very helpful and provide us with advice on interviews, CV’s and opportunities during the summer and after university.

The facilities are great, there should be more of an effort to intergrate students from different backgrounds together. They neglect the lesser of the two campuses.

Excellent learning areas and facilities such as the 3 story library and lecture/seminar rooms. Excellent sports area/village within the uni, providing multiple sports halls, climbing wall, swimming pool and much more. Quality of teaching and actual education course is of a very high standard and expectations are always high. An overall enjoyable and fully equipped university.

The building is nice and people are really friendly and are helpful when I need help with something. I really like all my lecturers, I dont feel restricted or anything with them. The course I’m taking is great as well, my lecturers help me get through it and has made it easier to deal with any difficulties. Also, they try to make the seminars and workshops more fun instead of sitting down and only listen to them talk.

The De Havilland campus is really accessible and easy to navigate, quite a few green areas in and surrounding the campus. A gym is located in the heart of the campus, also open to the locals so not just students, relatively affordable at about £25 a month. Student union is really helpful, socials organised by the student union are always emailed out so you’ll never miss the opportunity to attend! The careers services are especially helpful when it comes to things like CV’s and finding placements.

Herts is a good uni with loads of areas I’m still exploring being that I’ve been studying there for two years now. The campus on college lane is beautiful especially at night when the water falls on and the lights come on. De hav campus needs renovating, understandably the older campus but you definitely get your money’s worth on college lane if you prefer a modern look. There is a rat infestation on de hav though that makes you not want to walk alone because you’re not sure at what given time something will make an entrance. But you get your own en suite and a reasonable price.

University of Hertfordshire is a great university as it has 2 campus's 10 mins away from eachother, however i wish i got to make more friends durIng my time at university. The uni should provide free printing and cheaper food on campus plus more variety when it comes to meal deals

The university is actively thriving to improve its learning resources and with the newly built science building opposite the learning resource centre it allows for state of the art labs and science technology for those students staff and research members to achieve their maximum potential during their academic work. The university has newly built and updated student accomendation and is actively seeking to improve the student life with events held at the forum and throughout the two campuses college lane and de havilland

The uni has a great campus feel to it. Where everything you need is available to you with just a short walk. Starbucks, subway, union shops and the library. Help is always on offer with walk in sessions or email and book a specific time slot.

I enjoy my course very much at this uni and the university provides a variety of activities and facilities for students.

The facilities at hertfordshire are not the best, the computers are slow. The staff do not give you much guidance with work. You have to wait 4 weeks to recieve your marks. The careers service isn't the best

Great uni with newly built buildings. Accommodation is fantastic but quite expensive. Two different campuses, one is a lot newer than the other. Close to town but not a massive amount to do but it's lucky there's a 20min train to London

I am studying automotive engineering in the university and I feel like this is the best place in the world where I can be now. The campus is awesome with numerous facilities and I specially appreciate the active students events conducted by Herts squad

It is an absolutely amazing university with many cafes and lounges to choose from. State of the art LRC offers large selection of materials, cafeteria and quiet study rooms. Forum is an excellent place for eating as it has small shop plus large dinning area and few bars on the upper floors. The student union is always there to provide support as and when needed. Research development programs offer opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally as well as personally.

A good uni with good facilities and studying environments. Plenty of help and opportunities available. Would recommend college lane campus over dehavilliand campus, as this campus is old and there is a rat problem.

I really enjoy attending the University of Hertfordshire. The facitilies are amazing and are fully accessible to the students of Hertfordshire University. For example, the use of the LCR on both De Havilland and College Lane are open 24 hours and only closes for Xmas. This enables students who prefer working at different hours to do so. Furthermore, the staff and lecturers are great and always so helpful may it be with the module work or with assignments. They are very quick to respond to any emails or arrange a meeting with you either within or outside the office hours. I really enjoy the accommodation too and there are various price ranges for those that can afford higher and those that are unable to. Overall, I really enjoy studying at the University of Hertfordshire from academics to more social aspects.
