Women's Rugby Union

All the girls wanted to do was go out, if you couldn't commit to going out with them twice a week you were penalised. Some great team players but overall management and captain is crappy

Great people, good atmosphere. Like going out a lot and dressing up. Coach was good, woah I'd have spent more time on the team

I loved being a part of the rugby team, I first started playing rugby for this team and now I play for a competitive team outside of uni. The uni team gave me a lot of opportunities including captaining the squad however there were many flaws. 1 women’s sport is not supported as much as the men’s- in sponsorship, in SU support (unless you are lucky and get your good foot in the door like I did during my final year) the level of rugby is not as high because we never got a full pitch to train on as the men’s teams got them.
