The students union is fantastic with them hosting two bar areas, Old Bar and Terrace which are always packed and lively. They also put on lots of activities and workshops. The careers centre is very useful and have appointments available to assist students with years out and placements. The library’s also have booth and technology facilities which make it very easy to work and complete tasks in a group.

My time at university had many hurdles as does everyone's. But overall, the support from the university was fantastic, be it the careers centre, the union, the student staff forum, my student support office and the faculty of engineering as a whole. Every university suffers from issues in communication, organisation, and timetabling. This of course stands true of Leeds. However, voicing these issues was helpful and often resulted in improvements and compromise, both for my class and for the years below on my course. The facilities at Leeds University are great, and I never had an issue finding a computer cluster and was never short of space in whichever lab I worked in. Issues with lecture theatres and dysfunctional tech were dealt with quickly and taken aboard - it is very useful to talk to the student rep for your course so these issues can be taken to the student staff forum. As a rep myself in final year, I got a feel for how this works and generally the response from staff was helpful. The careers centre is a godsend, both the smaller one within my faculty and the main university centre. They were usually helpful and accessible during my course and after I graduated. Access could be improved for graduate students as the online system isn't yet perfect. Overall my experience was challenging but wholly positive, and I would not be shy to recommend my uni to anyone.

It's ok. Just ok. Like, only ok. Ok is the word I'd used. O.K. It amounts to OK. All that is obvious is the fact that it is ok. Ok?

Generally good university if one studies engineering or science. Other departments are somewhat disappointing in being disorganised. Though buildings are beautiful on campus, a couple are displeasing in terms of accessibility. Roger Stevens also seems to be a bit of a fire hazard.

Campus is so big, and facilities are adequate. WiFi is everywhere on campus. Politics and International development, which is my course, has variable modules. Furthermore, we can choose any modules from other schools, such as law and language. This university is suitable if you want to broaden your perspective and knowledge. The student union is always in nice atomisphere, and there are a few staffs to support you about anything.

Leeds is an excellent uni with an even better union. There's so much on offer in and out of the classroom and it has a beautiful campus.

The entire campus is amazing! Right in the center of leeds! Perfect! Great facilities and student feel! The student union is amazing, everything you would need inside! The careers service is so helpful with placements and grad jobs, they have drop in sessions and you can book a mock interview with them as well + they carry out mock assessment Centers. My course is Conputer Science, it is good it just s a little disorganised. The staff are very nice but very unorganised. All in all very good.

The University or Leeds is a University part of the Russell group and therefore it should hage outstanding research however I do not feel as though the opportunities for undergraduates are advertised sufficiently

The campus, location, union and range of both social and employment opportunities are crazy. Through the university I have managed to travel abroad for free, study in a different country, set up my own Society and trips, and get a decent part time job. I have lots of financial support from the uni too, as I get both a £2,500 bursary and a £3,000 scholarship in top of my student finance loans. The university also records all its lectures, so I am free to catch up whenever I want without missing any one off opportunities. I can't fault the uni at all, but the accommodation is ridiculously overpriced and small, so I would advise private accommodation from first year, and use societies to meet new people if that is what you are worried about.

Great campus close to the city centre and clubs for nightlife. The student union has great facilities such as the terrace which is lively through the term times.

Amazing facilities, the union is a great place with a great variety of shops and places to eat, only thing I would say is places like hump it, salad box and wok n go in the union are really expensive and should be more student price friendly. The £1 coffee you can get from essentials is great. Would also be great to have a supermarket near campus because the Tesco is very small and always packed.

I believe that the university of Leeds has been a brilliant help towards my future career. They offer brilliant courses and career guidance for when you have graduated. They offer many socials and help towards finding part time jobs, as well as finding housing and how to manage money.

University of Leeds is very sociable. They have a larger range of courses and I real like how close it is to the city. The accommodation is basic student accom and there are buses that come through the city to headingly all the time which is great. The city as a whole is very vibrant.

Like the uni of Leeds, the courses are engaging and the campus is up to date and clean. There are good events on in the union at cheap prices with cheap drinks. The career services are good and hold engaging events where lots of companies come and you can look round the stalls.

I like the uni. The campus might not be the prettiest but the architecture is good enough and well linked with different buildings of different faculty.
