My university is not on here but I attend Leeds Trinity University. It is a well organised uni, with great students and staffs. At our university we receive full support off of our tutors or even the student help desk are able to aid. Whilst attending placement I have learnt different experiencess which will help me develop in what i want to do in my chosen career.

Teaching is amazing. Nightlife is terrific. I’ve had the best time studying at Leeds University and would recommend to anyone going into higher education.

The university was amazing with regards to the choice of modules I had. Your degree need only consist of 66% of modules in your chosen area, giving you the freedom to continue passions that you otherwise may not have got the chances to explore. However this wasn't clearly explained until second year so I feel I missed a big chance in first year. I loved the study abroad module. It was one of the main reasons I applied to study at Leeds and I can confirm it was the best year of my life. The study abroad team are great with keeping you informed of dates and what to expect even if their timescales are a bit haphazard and on the late side. The only issue I found really with my university was the lecturers in my final year. Being a top university it naturally attracts some of the leading scholars, however, I found that my lecturer for my specialist subject was more focused on his own work in the final year of teaching to pay much attention to the needs of his students and dissertation pupils. I felt that the support was definitely lacking in that department.

We have an excellent academic level. The facilities arw very good as well. We have the new laidlaw library but alsi the beatitiful botherton in its classical style. There’s also everything on campus, specially at the union. Not only there are more than 300 clubs and societies, but a lot of facilities are located there. Supermarket, stores, hairdresser, bara, cafes, clubs, theatres, opticians and much more.

The campus is in the city centre, so shops and supermarkets are easily accessible. My accommodation is central village which is in an ideal location as it means my lectures are very close and I can walk to clubs when going on a night out.

Student union is good, being improved with more food opportunities and places to sit. Libraries are all good with good work spaces and lighting in most of them. The administration of a lot of departments could be better as I know many people have had issues. Similarly with striking lecturerers not much has been done to aid students for many courses.

My course is only offered in 5 other universities around the country. The course at Leeds is inspiring, eye opening and most importantly fun. The libraries are one of the best things for me as there is always somewhere you can find to study and get work done on campus.

Midwifery course has a really good balance of hands on placement and academic learning, preparing your for all elements of the future job and improving your skills once you’re qualified.

My course is very high quality, my lecturers seem passionate about the field and as such I receive well structured and delivered lectures.

The campus is good, although even using the building finder/map on my phone it can occasionally be difficult to find places. In general modules can be good, but the way my course is split and structured isn't always ideal. For example, in second year I had no choice on modules other than my discoveries, which was dissapointing.

The campus is great- everything is very close to each other, lecture theatres, libraries and food venues! The course (French) is well run and the professors are exceptionnal, especially for final year students.

Generally a very good university experience - friendly staff, friendly students (heavy drinkers and hard partiers of course!), good support and enjoyable course (linguistics and phonetics)

I think Leeds is an amazing University with so much on offer for its students! I knew from the minute i visited Leeds on an open day that it was where I wanted to spend the next 3 years of my life studying. The Students Union is incredible, it's massive and has so many things on offer, including shops restaurants and cafes

What you see is what you get with Leeds. Great people, great academics, great nightlife - an all round fantastic city. The School of Politics and International studies is a great school with innovative research and ample opportunity to get involved.

Very good uni with amazing facilities. The staff and students are lovely. On Mondays there is a farmers market and I recommend the cakes from the cake man.

Beautiful campus with mostly excellent facilities. As an art and design student, i feel that the printing quality available to us could be slightly better, although this may be more caused by its overuse than its actual quality. The other facilities are good but the accessibility is problematic - only one technician in most facilities (specifically wood workshop) where it is only open until 4 everyday with a long 1 hour lunch where the workshop is shut! Not the technicians fault but there should be someone who can supervise over lunch at least! Furthermore it is shut for basically a month over easter which is a huge hinderence on my work that surrounds wooden sculpture! Compared to others that are painting etc, i now get much less time to fulfill my practice. The student union is great but i do prefer it the way it was before the revamp - the booths in terrace particularly! And the colours are a bit primary school-esque. Overall the union listens to suggestions. However, my friend said she suggested a meat free monday incentive in union bars and her superiors declined because they apparently said "this leaves no options for meat eaters"? Makes absolutely no sense to me. Only ever used the career services once, although i feel i was slightly unprepared (i was at the stage where i wasnt sure what i wanted to do after uni and i wanted to find my options) i feel 20 mins meetings are a bit on the short side (i understand they are always qiite busy) and maybe a written form of what we discussed wouldve been helpful too - took me ages to refind a website the staff showed me in our meeting within a couple of mins!

The student union has loads of good facilities and activities /things to do there. There's loads of really nice seating space to both socialise or do uni work. My course is interesting however can be a bit disorganised. The careers centre is organised and really useful.

Fantastic Uni with a large modern campus and an excellent student experience. The city itself is very student-developed.

The majority of lecturers are wonderful but some are a waste of time and there could be a lot better modules offered. The facilities are top notch. The student union is fantastic as well.

Good range of joint honours courses, good quality of lecture record, good range of careers events. Feel like I am getting my money’s worth. Really like the goals of the university in terms of the future and sustainability.
